At ELUHUB, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely.
We work with reliable suppliers and global shipping partners to ensure every order arrives safely.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to customers in  the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships, including:

  • Tracking number(s)

  • Carrier link(s)
    Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.


4. Multiple Packages

For faster delivery, some items may ship separately from different warehouses.
If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one package with separate tracking numbers.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local government.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or refusal of packages due to unpaid duties.


7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address during checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipment.

If you entered the wrong address, contact support@eluhub.com immediately.
We can only update your address before the order ships.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing — in such cases, please contact your local postal service.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once shipped, your order cannot be canceled and must follow our Refund Policy.
