Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., opened beauty or oral care products).
Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, pet treats).
Gift cards and downloadable software.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after that time:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@eluhub.com.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
Wait a few business days for bank processing delays.
Then contact your payment provider before reaching us.
If you’ve done these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@eluhub.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at support@eluhub.com.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact support@eluhub.com immediately after purchase.
To return your product, contact our team at support@eluhub.com for the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $55, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Email us within 7 business days of delivery at support@eluhub.com.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will replace or refund the item as appropriate.
